I believe that fitness and health should be accessible to everyone. Through personal training, I provide custom exercise plans which meet each athlete at their level so they feel strong, capable, and accomplished as they work towards their personal fitness goals. Online training

This style of training is perfect for the person who doesn't generally need daily accountability to get things done. You are self-motivated and may have even followed workout plans in the past. Maybe you LOVE lists and seeing a green "check" mark after you've gotten something done makes your heart sing. You know you can keep to a workout plan, but just really need some guidance in what direction to take once you step through the gym doors.

Your journey will start with a meeting with ME to talk about your goals, history, likes, and dislikes in regards to training. I will then design a program for YOU with 3, 4, or 5 workouts a week. We will use the TrueCoach app to record your workouts, and you will have access to me through Telegram app and TrueCoach for questions. We will meet virtually every couple of months to discuss your progress and modify your goals as you progress.

It is so important to me that your fitness journey is individualized to YOU, so that you can meet your goals and find JOY in moving your body. 

INVESTMENT

  • 3 workouts per week $200 per month

  • 4 workouts per week $225 per month

  • 5 workouts per week $250 per month

virtual group classes

These classes are excellent for retired senior citizens who want to be healthy and fit from the comfort of their homes! Minimal equipment and space needed. Workouts written for folks in their golden years who want to have the fitness level that allows them to stay active for the rest of their life.

Our current class has 2 open spaces! We meet Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for one hour at 3 pm EST.

SCHEDULE

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:00-4:00 pm EST

  • Classes run for 60 minutes

  • Class cap of 5 athletes

INVESTMENT

  • $150/month per person

  • 3 classes per week

  • Programming is targeted to the needs of the group
