Slab classes teach functional-style fitness scaled to every level. In-person Slab classes are perfect for clients who want to be a part of a fitness community while building strength and endurance.

SCHEDULE

  • Monday–Friday, 5:15 PM

  • Classes run for 60 minutes

  • Class cap of 6 athletes (to reserve your spot for a free drop-in class, email HERE)
